Please note that once you have completed the requirement, your progress record will be forwarded to Bob Baldwin for review, and then he will forward your certificate to the Council Commissioner for his final approval and signature. For further questions, contact Bob Baldwin at baldyone@nycap.rr.com.

Council Specific Resource Document--Commissioner Training Survey

In order for the TRC Council Commissioner Staff to measure our Commissioners' preparation to provide quality service to our units, we need to be able to measure the levels of training received by Commissioners. With this knowledge, we might possibly augment their knowledge with other training opportunities. Below, you will find a survey for completion and to be forwarded to the Assistant Council Commissioner for Training.

Because document size currently exceeds this page's limit, the survey is only currently available upon request. Please contact Bob Baldwin for an electronic fill-in copy at baldyone@nycap.rr.com

Distinguished Commissioner Service Award

The Distinguished Commissioner Service Award is the highest recognition that can be given to a commissioner who has consistently engaged in distinguished and exceptional commissioner service resulting in significant, positive impact to youth, units, and a district and/or council.

There are several Commissioners in TRC that rightfully deserve this recognition. We suggest that should you know a Commissioner who has fulfilled all of the requirements, to download the requirements and the nomination form, and complete the nomination form so that it may be process in a timely manner. Since this is not a training award, but training is integral to the requirements, it is noted on this web page. However, all nominations will be have final approval by Drew Chesney, Council Commissioner, and the Award Committee Chairman.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NOMINATIONS MAY BE GENERATED BY ANYONE WHO BELIEVES THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS AWARD.
